I was a bit skeptical as I have never heard of this company, but everything was actually easy and great! We met up right outside the dome, he explained a few things and gave us our tickets, which were the "Brunillesci pass". Besides the dome climbe, we also had access to the church, baptistery, museum, bell-tower AND the held our luggage on our last day (next to museum)!!! Great deal & value! Will def book with Headout again!

Guter Treffpunkt. Alles gut beim Einlass. Bekanntermaßen viele Treppen. Teilweise sehr steil, aber auch dadurch interessant. Leider durfte man innen in der Kuppel nur rasch an den Fresken vorbeigehen. Die Angestellten drängten immer zur Eile. Habt also die Kamera parat und es gibt nur Schnappschüsse. Oben auf der Kuppel ein grandioser Ausblick. Es hat sich gelohnt.

Todo muy bien organizado y la persona encargada te explica todo perfectamente. Imcluso llegamos un poco justos y nos organizó para que, mientras unos escuchábamos las instrucciones, otros dejásemos las mochilas en consigna. ¡Genial!

The guide was very professional and took care to make sure we knew all the important points. Tip: make sure you download the audio guide when you have wifi, and note it is generally about the cathedral exterior not interior.
