A Wonderful Birthday Celebration at The Lost World Aquarium. We celebrated our son’s 15th birthday on 6th October at The Lost World Aquarium, and it was truly an amazing and memorable experience for our entire family! From the moment we entered until we left for lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Eatery, every part of the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire visit was enjoyable and filled with special moments that made our celebration even more meaningful. What made the day truly exceptional was the kindness, warmth, and cooperation of the staff at The Lost World Aquarium. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our visit. Their genuine care and friendly approach made a real difference and turned a special occasion into an unforgettable memory. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at The Lost World Aquarium for making our son’s 15th birthday so special. We truly appreciate all your efforts and hospitality. "An absolute must-do! Entry was smooth and effortless, so we were straight into the fun with no queues or fuss. The interactive tour was brilliant, really engaging and kept everyone hooked. The mermaid show was magical and a real highlight of the day. It's a fantastic family day out with something for all ages, and if you're after something more adventurous, the water park is amazing. The photo ops are great too. The staff said our trident photo was the first of its kind they'd ever seen! We'd happily go back and highly recommend it to anyone!"

It is beautiful visit for kids in the hotel. Huge variety of fishes, and theme is nice. There is valet parking which is nice. We missed the mermaid show as it was scheduled at 5PM and you could finish exploring aquarium within 30 to 45 mins. Overall good one. :)

Our visit to Lost World Aquarium was such a memorable family experience from start to finish. Entry was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything feel easy right from the beginning. The aquarium itself was beautiful, with a lovely variety of sea creatures and underwater displays that kept both the children and adults interested. We especially enjoyed walking around at our own pace and discovering something new in every section. The automatic movement through the landmark made the experience even more enjoyable because we could relax, take in the surroundings, and focus on the exhibits without feeling rushed. Booking through the Headout app was also very convenient, and having our tickets ready made the arrival process even simpler. It was a fun, relaxing, and worthwhile outing, and I would happily recommend it to families looking for something different to do together.

What to bring

The Dubai Balloon

Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.

It is recommended to avoid wearing heels.

What's not allowed

Big bags will not be permitted onboard. However, backpacks and purses will be allowed.

Eating, drinking, and smoking on the flight are not allowed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

The Dubai Balloon

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia or motion sickness.

All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.

Guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for In the Marine Animal Experiences, while guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the Fish Tales Tour.

Plan ahead with the Dubai Balloon website's weather widget. Choose your date and time to access an accurate forecast up to three days in advance for a seamless experience.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

Flights last 10 minutes. Duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queues. Allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
