Spend 1 hour on a private, traditional wooden abra on the Dubai Water Canal, with an Emirati seafood meal served onboard. Recorded commentary and Arabic music play as the skyline shifts and the sun sets behind Burj Khalifa.
Getting started
Board your private abra on the Dubai Water Canal. The boat is yours alone, so your group sets the mood without sharing space with other guests.
What to expect on the cruise
An abra is the traditional wooden boat Dubai has used to cross its waterways for generations. On this cruise, it works as a floating dining table, moving slowly while you eat.
Features
Eat an Emirati seafood tray onboard with Jesheed, Robyan Mashwi, Naghar, Mashwi and Seabream Mashwi, served with white rice.
Sip Arabic coffee and eat dates, with water included.
Listen to recorded commentary on what you pass, with Arabic music playing as you go.
Drift past the bird sanctuary and the historic dhow yards along the canal.
Watch the sun set behind Burj Khalifa from your seat on the water.
Wrapping up
Your 1-hour cruise ends back on the Dubai Water Canal, where you boarded.
