Well organised. Left on time! The staff were friendly and professional. The canapés were amazing and more than enough. The waiter was funny and was dancing while serving. He was amazing. The lady singing was fantastic and had a wonderful voice and sang all sorts of music we liked. Loved every minute! The captain turned the boat around so we could get a good view of Tower Bridge opening. All in all, would highly recommend! Would have liked a commentsry on what buildings were along the river but apart from that, it was amazing!

We had a great evening and dinner cruise. Everything from boarding, the trip down the river and back taking in the sights of the city in daylight (outbound) and then in darkness (on return) to the quality of the food, table service and live entertainment was first class.

I went on the cruise with my wife and it was just splendid. I enjoyed music (live band), the views, and the overall warm reception. There was always something to eat which was really nice. Excellent experience - will do it again

The Crew was amazing, the Prosecco and the canapés were delicious! A solar eclipse took place during our tour. The team handed out suitable glasses to everyone so that we could all enjoy the event—an unforgettable outing!

The food was better than expected, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by poor service. When booking, we were able to select our table. Someone was already seated at our table, so we stood in the middle of the boat for about 10 minutes while staff figured out where to seat us. It was very embarrassing. Eventually we were given alternative seats, but we asked to sit near a window at an empty table. We were told it would be £25 extra, and we didn't care about the price. However, after we were seated, we received very poor service compared to the tables around us. We had to ask for additional drinks and for our plates to be cleared. Yet, the servers were very attentive to other tables. We kept having to get the attention of different staff members because our servers ignored us. But when it came time to settle our bill, one of the servers who spent the entire night ignoring us was suddenly very friendly and very helpful.

Fabulous evening on our sunset cruise. Lovely to start the journey with a glass of fizz before setting off down the Thames. Passing lots of famous sights...St Pauls, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye to name but a few! Canapes were delicious too. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
