When setting this experience, we honestly did not expect much. Boy, were we wrong! Edgar really made the experience a memorable one. We were there to celebrate our friends getting married, once Edgar found out he brought over champagne and took us to the front of the boat and took pictures of us. We had the short rib and upgraded to the ribeye and they were both cooked to perfection. They had a great selection of wines and the cocktails were just as great. The service from Edgar was above and beyond. We ran into one of the chefs outside and thanked her for her service. We do look forward to doing this again. Thank you for a memorable evening.

We booked a dinner on the didn't know what boat it was. Once we kept walking and found out it was the Spirit of Chicago, we got aboard and thanked them for the grace period. After being shown to our seats, we got to enjoy the amazing view of the city. It was our anniversary and Destiny treated very well! I totally forgot it was a buffet and couldn't have been more happier. The food was really out of this world. The variety, the flavors, it was a whole experience. We hopped on the dance floor for a bit, ordered more (pretty large) drinks, and went outside to take pictures of the sunset. Amazing experience... Can't wait to do it again!

The hospitality was beyond amazing!!! It was my girlfriends birthday and the manager comped some birthday items and it was amazing and extremely fun and made her smile so much!!! We loved the food and just the. One of the entire night all together!!!! Will for sure be doing this again!!!

We had a gorgeous and wonderful evening celebrating my birthday. Lauren, our server, was fabulous. We had a great starter, Mediterranean plate. The 3 course meal was delicious. We enjoyed great music, dancing, cocktails and wine list. Great evening all the way around.

The dining, the sights, the service, and the overall experience was fantastic and most appreciated. Thank you to all the crew and staff for making this a wonderful cruise for my wife and I. Highly recommended, take your signicant other on this cruise if you can.

Unfortunately due to the weather we did not go out on the lake. And we did receive a voucher to use again within a year. Aside from not going out on the lake. Everything was wonderful. Service was attentive. The salmon and chicken in my opinion was better than the steak. At our table we shared our potions.

What to bring

A valid ID is required for guests aged 21 and above to access the onboard bar.

It’s recommended to carry a light jacket or wrap, as the open-air deck can get breezy.

Bringing outside food or beverages on board is not permitted.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the cruise.

Additional information

Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure from Monday to Saturday, and 45 minutes before departure on Sundays.

Guests should arrive at least 45 minutes early for check-in and boarding, and allow an additional 30 minutes for parking and reaching the boarding location.
