• Hotel transfer area: Round-trip shared transfers are available from hotels in the Pratunam and Sukhumvit Soi 1–23 areas only.

• Minimum booking: A minimum of 2 guests is required per booking.

• Pickup time: Hotel pickup is between 4:40pm and 5:30pm, depending on your hotel location.

• Pickup confirmation: The supplier will confirm your exact pickup time one day before the cruise.

• Pickup contact: If you do not receive your pickup details or need help in an emergency, contact the supplier at +66 95-960-8454 via WhatsApp or phone.

• Check-in point: Check in at the ASIATIQUE counter between Warehouses 7 and 8.

• Check-in time: Check in at 6:30pm.

• Cruise timing: The cruise departs at 7:30pm and returns at 9:30pm.

• Upper deck seating: You can request upper deck seating, but it is subject to availability. If unavailable, you will be seated in another area.

• Arrival: Arrive at the designated pickup or check-in location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

• Eligibility: This experience is available for foreign visitors only.

• Children: Children aged 1 to 3 can join free of charge; children aged 4 to 10 require a child ticket.

• Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

• Personal expenses: Other personal expenses and services not listed under inclusions are not covered.
