• Hotel transfers are only possible from the west side of Koh Chang. If you are located on the north or east side, no transfers can be arranged, but you can arrange transport to reach the meeting point at Bang Bao Pier. In case you are too late for hotel pick up, the driver can wait for a few minutes. After that, your booking will be reported as a no-show.

• Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions

• Rain in Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season
