A 5-day journey from Cusco into Manu National Park takes you from the Andes to the Amazon, with overland and river transfers and jungle lodges included.

On day one, travel from Cusco over Andean passes into cloud forest, stopping at Ninamarca's pre-Inca tombs and the riverside town of Paucartambo.
Day two takes you along the Manu River by boat into remote rainforest, visiting reserves with a skilled crew and joining a guided night walk.
On day three, explore Cocha Otorongo and Cocha Salvador, searching for otters and caimans, then watch macaws and tapirs gather at jungle clay licks.
