Had a great experience with Headout! Booking was easy, everything went smoothly, and the whole process was hassle-free. Definitely a good option for planning activities while travelling and skipping lon queues. Even though i booked extra ticket by mistake, team provided me witht he wallet amount of approx $14. Thanks.

Everything is so simple and easy to make reservation or ticket booking with Headout. And is secure too with the payment getaway. We had enjoyed the scene at the sky terrace even though the haze was an issue lately.

Une expérience géniale du début à la fin ! L’achat des billets en ligne a été rapide et simple, et l’admission sur place s’est faite sans aucune attente grâce au billet mobile. La vue depuis le sommet de la tour de Kuala Lumpur est à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil quand la ville s’illumine peu à peu. Le personnel était accueillant et les indications claires facilitaient bien la visite. Je recommande vivement à quiconque visite Kuala Lumpur !

At the entry of Superpark, it took quite a while to searc for tickets that I purchased from Headout. The ticketing staff helped me out but ask me to submit a complain. I was advised by the ticketing person during check in that he has to search in your email for QR code to scan for Entry tickets. It is not as convenient and obvious when compared to Klook. They told me of this difficult experience with many of their clients who purchase tickets from Headout. May be you can check directly with SuperPark Malaysia.

Lock in two Kuala Lumpur staples in one plan: KL Tower’s Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Observation Deck, plus a timed SuperPark Malaysia session.

Waited 90 mins in the rain for the deck to reopen, but seeing the Twin Towers and Merdeka 118 light up was pure magic. Worth it!

Show your mobile voucher at Menara Kuala Lumpur for KL Tower entry. For SuperPark Malaysia, check in at SuperPark Malaysia (Avenue K) for your selected session.

What to expect

Kuala Lumpur Tower

You head up to the tower’s viewing areas for a clear look at Kuala Lumpur from above. Expect a simple flow: open-air Sky Deck and Sky Terrace, then the indoor Observation Deck.

Kuala Lumpur Tower

Tickets are valid only on the entry date stated on the ticket. Entry after that date is not permitted.

Tickets may be reused on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather-related closures.

On New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025), Kuala Lumpur Tower operates from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm. All visitors must exit by 7pm.

SuperPark Malaysia

All guests must complete and acknowledge the waiver form online or on-site before entry.

Only grip socks with a rubber sole are permitted inside the park and can be purchased at the ticket counter.

Free lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Safety gear for activities can be borrowed free of charge from on-site staff.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
