    The app didn't work for my tickets and the venue had to do special processing taking ~10min at check-in. This was better than not getting tickets at all, but I probably wouldn't use head out again if this is always the experience.

    Thought I had purchased directly through the venue I was attending. So when I got there, I had to email them my tickets. It took a little more time than I would have liked, but we got in, so it's was okay

    It was pricey and every experience cost additional amounts. We were hoping for a more intimate experience learning about each animal. I thought it would have been a bit more guided being a rescue facility.
