Your guide will then lead you to Emporio, one of the oldest villages in Santorini that continues to cling to its traditions. Walk around the 15th-century fortress and marvel at the wonderful Cycladic architecture.
Take a short lunch break at a popular black sand beach on the island known as Perissa Beach. Once you are fully recharged, sit back and relax as the vehicle winds its way up the Profitis Ilias Mountain. Here, you will be able to get an unobstructed view of the surrounding calderas and islands from the highest point in the region. There is also an orthodox monastery at the peak that is worth a visit.
