    The bus pick up locations and rip off locations made it easy to see some of the most popular sites or museums in Chicago. With all of the downtown traffic, this was convenient. Also, the bus drivers were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and help us navigate the city seeing our priorities.

    We were able to reschedule our appt an hour earlier due to expected rain. The ticket agents were very understanding and helpful. Although overcast, we were able enjoy the view and take some good pictures.

    Most of the Hop On Hop Off buses we have been on before had a poor sounding headset. The sound was crystal and easy to adjust the volume on the Big Bus in Chicago.
