Getting started

Head to Cedar Point on the date selected at booking and present your ticket at the park entrance for admission. Your ticket provides one-day park admission along with access to HalloWeekends on the same visit date.

Spend the day enjoying Cedar Point's rides, roller coasters, and live entertainment. As HalloWeekends gets underway, the park shifts into its seasonal Halloween programming, combining family-friendly activities during the day with a scarier atmosphere after dark.

HalloWeekends presented by SNICKERS®

HalloWeekends runs from September 17 through November 1, 2026, bringing Halloween programming to Cedar Point throughout the day and evening.

By day, the event offers family-friendly Halloween fun, including the Trick-or-Treat Trail, Costume Contest, seasonal entertainment, and roaming characters.

After dark, HalloWeekends becomes more intense, with Scare Zones, fog, lighting, costumed characters, and live Halloween performances throughout the park.

What to bring

Admission ticket: Have your ticket ready on your mobile device or as a printed copy for scanning at the park entrance.

Comfortable clothing: Dress appropriately for the weather, as you may spend much of the day outdoors.

Secure clothing and belongings: Wear clothing that allows ride restraints to fit securely and plan how you will store loose belongings before riding.

What's not allowed

Loose articles on rides: Loose articles are not permitted on most rides. Secure cell phones, pagers, and other small items in cargo pockets, zippered pockets, designated ride pouches, lockers, or with a non-rider.

Unsecured bags and belongings: On select rides, hats, bags, purses, and other loose items cannot be taken into the queue and must be left with a non-rider or placed in a locker.

Prohibited conduct: Guests must follow Cedar Point's Code of Conduct. Prohibited behavior includes disruptive conduct, fighting, entering restricted areas, line breaking, smoking or vaping inside the park, and refusing to follow park instructions.

Haunted Mazes: Haunted Mazes are not included with admission to HalloWeekends. A separate Haunted Attractions Pass is required.

Accessibility

Ride accessibility: Many rides use manufacturer-designed safety systems that may limit the ability of some guests to safely ride.

Ride restrictions: Guests of larger or smaller size, guests with heart, back, or neck conditions, pregnant guests, guests recovering from recent surgery, and guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices, or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated on some rides.

Ticket validity: Your ticket is valid for admission on the specific date selected at booking and does not apply to the entire duration of the event. Check the official operating calendar for the event dates and timings.

HalloWeekends: HalloWeekends presented by SNICKERS® runs from September 17 through November 1, 2026, with family-friendly Halloween activities during the day and Halloween entertainment and scares after dark.

Scare Zones: Scare Zones are included with HalloWeekends admission.

Haunted Mazes: Haunted Mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.

Waterpark: Cedar Point Shores Waterpark is not included with this ticket.

Cashless: Cedar Point is fully cashless. Cash is not accepted at the theme park, water park, hotel, or parking toll plaza. Cash-to-Card kiosks are available throughout the property.

Parking: Parking is sold separately.

Food and beverages: Food and drinks are sold separately.

Other experiences: Midway games, separately ticketed experiences, private events, and other additional-charge offerings are not included.

Changes: All offerings are subject to change or closure without notice.

Terms: Tickets are not valid with other discount offers, are not for resale, and are not eligible for rain checks, refunds, or exchanges.

Chaperone policy: Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of minor children and recommends that minors under 18 be accompanied by an adult.
