What to expect

Canton Tower Sky Drop and observation decks

Canton Tower is home to the Sky Drop, recognized as a Guinness World Record's highest vertical free-fall, combined here with access to its elevated observation decks.

Features

• The Sky Drop ride delivers a world-record vertical free-fall, dropping you approximately 30 meters from about 485 meters in under 2 seconds, with operation dependent on weather conditions and best enjoyed in a clear-sky slot.

• Access to the Sky Drop ride is included with your ticket, and you use high-speed elevators and advanced safety systems that are designed for conditions such as typhoons up to level 12 and earthquakes of intensity 7.

• Once your ride is complete, you can spend time at the observation decks included with your ticket, using the recommended 2–4 hours sightseeing time to enjoy city views and plan around quieter periods such as the 7–8 PM window.

• Every ticket includes immediate access, official partner tickets, worry-free cancellation, and a simple ticket collection process, so you can adjust your visit for sunset timing or lighter crowds without added stress.
