What to bring

• Keep your e-ticket accessible on your phone, or bring a printed copy for admission.

• Pack a swimsuit if you plan to visit Splash Works, along with sunscreen and a hat for sun protection.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for spending a full day at the park.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

• Alcohol, drugs, and entering or remaining in the park while intoxicated are strictly prohibited.

• Large bags, coolers, and suitcases cannot be brought into the park.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Weapons, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Loose items such as jewelry, phones, hats, cameras, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, beverage containers, and electronic devices are not permitted on most rides unless safely secured.

• Store belongings in cargo pockets, a waist pack, designated ride-platform bins, lockers, or with a non-rider; Canada’s Wonderland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Bulky clothing, backpacks, and other items that could interfere with the ride restraint cannot be worn on attractions.

• On Alpen Fury and Yukon Striker, loose items that cannot be secured in a waist pack or cargo pocket must be stored in a locker or left with a non-rider before entering the queue.

• Taking photos, filming, or using cell phones while on most rides is prohibited for safety reasons.

Accessibility

• Wheelchairs are available to rent at the park, subject to availability.

• Accessible restrooms and facilities are available throughout the property.

• Registered service animals are permitted in the park, although individual ride and attraction restrictions may apply.

• Some attractions have specific age, height, or health requirements that determine whether guests can participate.

• Many rides use manufacturer-designed restraint systems that may limit access for guests whose size or physical proportions fall outside the intended range.

• Guests with heart, back, or neck conditions, pregnant guests, those recovering from recent surgery, or guests with casts, braces, restrictive devices, or certain disabilities may not be safely accommodated on some rides.

• Hearing aids and other electronic devices may be exposed to water and could be damaged on water rides and attractions.

• Tickets are valid for admission on any single public operating day through September 7, 2026, subject to the ticket terms.
