The tour guides were all very helpful and professional, riding ahead to lead the group and making sure everyone was comfortable along the way.
Since it was during the public holiday period, the ferry was delayed by a couple of hours, which unfortunately left us with very little free time on the island. Other than that, it was a jam-packed day and exceeded my expectations!

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They really provide the service that we expect. They did a great job and i liked the trivia while on our way to do sandboarding and while we were kayaking very educational. We had a great time in the tour and fun. Thank you👍👍👍

The staff were great and the attention we received for safety and information was good.
BUT. It was such a short walk. I expected to actually walk a good part of the bridge not just up one short side across the top and down again.
More time was spent taking photos to sell to us than actual walking the bridge.

An additional $5 per person will be added to the Pay on Board (POB) for all customers. Customers who do not wish to pay the $5 surcharge are entitled to a 100% refund.
If weather conditions are unfavorable (e.g., rain, storms), a scenic island tour may replace the original planned activities.
Pickup times vary on selected dates due to operational changes. Please refer to the updated pickup schedule for your selected location.
Participants must be at least 6 years old, 110 cm tall, and weigh no more than 130 kg.
Child tickets are applicable for guests aged 6–16 years.
The climb experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including preparation and climbing time.
Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 3 minors per adult is permitted.
All climbers will be breathalyzed and must register below 0.05 BAC before participating.
One complimentary group photograph is included with the experience.
