What to bring

• While swimming in the lake itself isn’t allowed, there’s a refreshing river near the dam where you can dip your feet or take a quick splash.

• Loud music or speakers aren’t allowed on the hike to preserve the natural setting and group experience.

• Drones are typically discouraged unless you have specific permissions, as the area is shared by multiple small groups.

• Near the top, you'll climb a steep, open staircase, so sure footing and a comfort with heights are important for a safe ascent.
