Enige minpunt was dat ik dacht dat ik tickets via mail had.Blijkbaar moest dat via app en ik kende wachtwoord niet meer van app om ze te downloaden. Maar ze waren zo vriendelijk om ons toch door te laten.Zeer blij mee was even een stresvolle situatie. Maar genoten van ons kasteelbezoek.

Llegamos en nuestro coche hasta el aparcamiento. Cogimos el mini-bus que nos dejó a las puertas del castillo. Muy bien. Pero nadie controlaba el horario, hubieramos podido entrar igualmente a las 10:00 o las 14:oo h.

Das Castel del Monte ist einzigartig, eine einmalige Architektur. Verwundert war ich über den wirklich vielen Müll IN der Anlage und der Hundekacke! Bei 10€ Eintritt und UNESCO Weltkulurerbe hätte ich Sauberkeit erwartet! Schade!!!

The entry tickets purchased aling with the tour guide were rejected and we needed to purchase new entry tickets to the monument (20€). The tour only went on for 30 minutes versus the indicated 60 minutes tour

Built under Frederick II of Swabia, this UNESCO World Heritage Site brings classical, Gothic, and Arab influences together in a highly geometric design centred on the number eight.
