What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the meeting point.

• Wear comfortable swimwear and bring a towel.

• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for sun protection.

• Present your mobile voucher at the meeting point.

What’s not allowed

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

• Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted on this experience.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the activity.

• Large bags and suitcases are not allowed on the boat.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Additional information

• Participants must be aged 16 and above to join this activity.

• The maximum number of participants per boat is 12.

• Arrive at the meet-up location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date.

• The activity may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of extreme weather.

• The meeting point is Fishing Harbour, Umm Suqeim 2, Dubai. If you are coming by bus, take bus no. 88 to Umm Suqeim, Library 2, and walk for 6 minutes. Nearby landmarks include the marina next to Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays
