Thought maybe my wife and I would enjoy an hour visiting Clos aLuce Castle for a nice day trip from Orleans. In reality we ended up spending an enchanting three hours wandering the chateau, the exhibits, and the park. The designers have done a marvelous job in creating a flow through the entire property. Well worth the trip!

Le château de Chambord est une oeuvre d'art en lui même, de part son architecture. La visite est rendue facile par un tracé clair et aéré. De plus, grace au parking camping-cars, nous avons pu prendre tout notre temps et admirer le château sous son éclairage nocturne.

Loved the chateau and all the rooms. It was great to see displays in so many rooms which helped make it come alive. It would have been fun to see some mention of the Chambord liquor made in the town of Chambord somewhere near the exit of the chateau

Visite très intéressante, pour le château et les jardins, mais aussi pour une meilleure connaissance de Léonard de Vinci. Bon accueil, stationnement facile, restaurants aux alentours. Et un grand bravo à Mathurine, passionnante !

The home is quite small compared to so many chateaux in France but this was enjoyable. My favorite- especially with all of the works and art by Leonardo de Vinci everywhere. The park was amazing. Definitely a must see!

It was a great visit to Chateau Chambord. Easy entry with headout app/tickets. The process was very easy from start to finish and saved a huge amount of time because we did not have to stand in a line.

Reservering ging heel gemakkelijk. We konden op die manier snel naar binnen, zonder wachttijd. Een bijzonder kasteel waar veel kamers te zien zijn, die ook allemaal prachtig ingericht zijn, een heel mooie ervaring.

Château de Chambord et Amboise supers ; circuit fluide. Ipad fourni pour les visites et comprisq dans le prix d'entrée. Par contre Chenonceau l'Ipad est facturé 5€ alors que l'entrée au château et la plus chère de toutes ! en plus difficile de circuler alors que plusieurs groupes de 30 personnes arrivent en même temps ! Il devrait y avoir des horaires précis pour les groupes pour l'organisation. Dommage car ce château est intéressa&nt et les j

Since this is a historic site, certain regions may be closed for access due to maintenance or renovation.

It is allowed to bring dogs on a leash in the park, but not in the castle enclosure, the French gardens, and the Stables.

Guide dogs may access the entire premises.
