However upon arrival, we saw the headout flag and the man gave us a paper ticket and we entered without fuss. Was a very smooth transaction and the Basilica was wonderful; I would highly recommend as the ticket price was very reasonable. The Basilica is well worth the entrance fee but you won't need more than an hour for the visit.LLuke C

However at the point where the routes diverge we ended up on the blue tour. It seemed that the rest of the red tour was shut. Having spoken to the guides at the end of the trip they extended our ticket for the next day so that we could actually do the tour we wanted. Full marks for customer service.
