La experiencia es increíble, nuestra guía nos explicó muy bien toda la historia. En Auschwitz con auriculares y visitando varios barracones y parandose mucho a explicarnos todo. En Auschwitz II- Birkenau es mucho más breve, solamente te enseñan un barracón y las ruinas de lo que quedó en pie. De todos modos es impactante ver la dimensión del campo de concentración. El traslado fue puntual y el chico hablaba español, con lo que fue muy facil comunicarse con el. Lo único malo es que debido a que tienen que ser muy estrictos con los tiempos te vas con la sensación de que te dejas mucho por ver. Y también hay que tener en cuenta que es probable que os cambien la hora. Nosotros reservamos con salida a las 9:30 y dos dias antes nos cambiaron a las 5:30, que después visto como es teso fue de agradecer ya que entramos los primeros en el campo de concentración y cuando terminamos el tour daba la sensación de que había mucha gente y no te podías parar tanto a mirar las cosas. De todos modos experiencia súper recomendable y que toda persona que viaje a Cracovia debe hacer.

The whole day was very well organised from, information provided before hand regarding exact location and time of pick up, to our return in the evening. Our main tour organiser, John, was friendly, helpful and ensured we knew what was happening throughout the day. The tour itself was an eye opening and emotional tour being given an insight in to some of the atroscities people faced while there. Our guide David was very informative and respectful. Only thing I would change is a slightly longer period at end of each part of the tour to give more time to look in gift shop, have something to eat or use the toilet. (Ladies toilet always had a reasonable queue so didn't leave much time for a looking in gift shop or eating food) One tip I'd would be to buy the lunch if offered by tour provider it was really tasty . Only other food available on the day was from vending machines which quite often had a queue.

I had an incredible tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke about every aspect of Auchwitz with such conviction that you truly understood and learned a lot. He said to ask if there were any questions but he spoke about so many things in such great detail that barely any questions were needed. While the entire thing was delivered in a way that you never got bored of listening. You could sense and feel the emotion and passion he had for teaching and giving away his knowledge as he painted vivid pictures from the stories he told. He had a good sense for the tempo of the group aswell so noone got lost or left behind. I learned a lot about Auschwitz-Birkenau that i would never have known without his depictions and descriptions. I really appreciated this tour and will be recommending it to others.

J'ai été surprise de la 1 ère partie. Je pensais à quelque chose d'insoutenable mais vous en avez fait un musée qui ne cachait rien mais qui été amené pour que l'on soit touché sans aller chercher la fibre émotionnelle. Je donne un exemple : la salle avec les cheveux : tout est présenté derrière une vitre ( d'où une distance ) et derrière la vitre c'était la pénombre. On est saisi bien évidemment mais on gère grâce à cela nos émotions. La 2 eme partie est aussi indispensable et là nous voyons la réalité des conditions de vie. Un seul regret, tout est fait au pas de charge car il y a trop de touristes. On n'a pas le temps de se recueillir dans les salles. Dernière chose, nous avons eu une très bonne guide. Elle avait un timbre de voix qui correspondait au lieu, nous disait les choses avec beaucoup de respect pour les victimes

Wycieczka do Auschwitz-Birkenau była dla mnie niesamowitym i niezwykle poruszającym przeżyciem, pełnym skrajnych emocji i refleksji. To miejsce robi ogromne wrażenie i na długo pozostaje w pamięci. Ogromnym plusem był nasz przewodnik – świetnie przygotowany, zaangażowany i potrafiący w bardzo ciekawy, a jednocześnie odpowiedni sposób przekazać historię tego miejsca. Dzięki niemu zwiedzanie było jeszcze bardziej wartościowe. Jedynym minusem była zmiana godziny zbiórki z 12:30 na 6:30, co było dość dużą niedogodnością i wymagało zmiany wcześniejszych planów. Mimo tego zdecydowanie polecam tę wycieczkę. Było to wyjątkowe doświadczenie, które warto przeżyć przynajmniej raz. Chętnie skorzystałabym z tej wycieczki ponownie.

It's difficult to say that you enjoyed a tour of this nature due to the subject matter involved. However , the tour enabled me to learn more than I ever thought possible and to be present and feel the historic event that took place first hand truly felt emotional. What we read in books and online cannot prepare us I think for the scale of execution of men, women and those poor innocent children. The memories will remain with me forever and I truly hope will be learned by us all to prevent a similar event being repeated. Lots of walking is involved but to get the scale I think is essential. I did not take photos I though it was disrespectful... I wanted to see and feel through my own eyes.

Sehr gute Führung- aber zu kurz Die Tour war top organisiert, wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und haben vorab viele relevante Infos zum Besuch bekommen. Die Führung durch Auschwitz 1 war sehr informativ und auch die emotional erschütternden Berichte wurden wohldosiert und respektvoll vermittelt. Dann kam eine ungeplant lange Pause bevor es ins Lager Auschwitz 2 Birkenau ging, da eine Gruppe vor uns Verspätung hatte. Als es dann endlich mit dem gleichen Guide ins Lager 2 ging wurde die Führung rapide verkürzt, da es mit der vorab verspäteten Gruppe zurückgehen sollte, sehr schade. Dies wurde weder erklärt noch kompensiert, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

Très bonne organisation : la navette (proposée en plus de l'excursion) est arrivée à l'heure et repartie à l'heure. La visite est très inréressante, et les explications du guide également. J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire une isite avec un guide qui parlait français. Les 2 sites (Auschwitz et Birkenau) sont très étendus et on marche pas mal : prévoir des baskets ou des chaussures confortables. Prévoir également un en-cas car la visite dure 3 heures (plus 3 heures de transport aller-retour) et sur place il n'y a pas de restaurant (pratiquement que des machines automatiques) Le seul petit bémol : le prix, qui reste élevé.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable, no es una excursión "bonita", pero si necesaria, debemos de ser conscientes de lo que pasó y nunca olvidarlo. Agradezco la organización y la atención brindada por headout y Cracow visit. Tal y como solicité, recogida y devolución en hotel. El conductor Lucas estupendo!!, el guía muy bueno, y nos contó todo con mucha dedicación y detalle. Cuando llegué al piso me derrumbé y lloré sólo de recordar las cosas, pero estoy muy agradecida de haber podido vivir esta experiencia.

La journée était millimétrée et ponctuelle : aucune attente inutile à l'entrée et des transferts bien synchronisés entre les deux camps. Notre guide était très clair et professionnel, et on sentait qu'il était profondément impliqué dans cette histoire marquante du pays. Ses explications donnent tout leur sens à la visite. C'est une expérience forte émotionnellement, mais essentielle. Je recommande de réserver à l'avance, de porter de bonnes chaussures et de prévoir une veste en cette saison.

The tour guide was great, very informative and respectful towards the memory of the victims. The company however "SeeKrakow" were a little disorganized, they did not pick me up at the hotel as promised and mentioned that they have informed me, but didn't. On the way back, I was inside the bus already and some rude lady called me on my phone saying that "the group is waiting for you already 30 minutes, where are you?". Other than that, it's an amazing experience.
