La acrópolis es imponente y muy especial, imperdible para cualquier persona que vaya a Atenas. La subida resulta calurosa pero vale la pena. Llevar agua es muy importante.

Ho acquistato i biglietti in anticipo per non avere problemi con eventuali cose alle casse , i biglietti sono arrivati puntuali, non serve stampare , avendo scaricato l App è stato semplice entrare facendo vedere tutto dal telefono. Al museo archeologico abbiamo avuto un problema con l'audio guida, abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza e due minuti ci hanno risolto il problema. Ottimo anche il fatto che parlano più lingue. Per il resto tutto bene.

The Acropolis was everything I've dreamed of for my whole life. I have a degree in History and Classics and work in museums and wrote papers, exams and studied the Acropolis for years and the pictures in the textbooks don't do it justice.

I visited the acropolis the view and the sorroundings were really amaizing l got to witness part of the history, and the good thing was the time arrengement within different group which let the people to explore the area freely

Fast, clear, easy and correct! We had a visit to Akropolis - all went according to instructions and there were clear directions to go to the starting point etc. It was a great experience and we will use Headout again!

Suitable for all ages, this is the place to be for some family-friendly fun!

Acropolis & Parthenon

The Acropolis is a stunning Athenian temple complex located on a rocky outcrop above the city. Stop by the ruins of legendary structures like the Propylaea, the entrance to the ancient temple of Parthenon. With your audio guide in 3 languages, wander across the once-sacred halls of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion. The Odeon of Herodes Atticus will leave you in awe. This large amphitheater was built in AD 161 by wealthy Roman Herodes Atticus in memory of his wife Regilla and is still used today for music festivals.

At the Acropolis site, there is no network signal so please download the audio tour before your visit.

Each audio tour stop is geo-located so to listen to all the information provided, you've to wait for the narration to move forward to the next stop. Skip stops by choosing the next or by choosing the one you want from the menu

Visitors are encouraged to use credit cards in all financial transactions in the museum.

It's recommended that you wear comfortable shoes as this experience includes a fair amount of walking.

Bring along your sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, and water bottle.

Restrictions

Acropolis & Parthenon

The following museum services/facilities will no longer be offered to visitors until further notice: Family backpacks, baby strollers, wheelchairs, Reading Lounge on the second floor, and Parent’s Room on the first floor.

Backpacks and large bags must be left in the cloakroom where they will be disinfected using a steam appliance.
