What to bring

Swimsuit to wear under the provided wetsuit, and a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name.

What’s not allowed

Children under 8 years old and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

For the safety of the animals, personal cameras, jewelry, and loose accessories are not allowed in the water.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.

Pregnant guests are advised to consult a physician before participating.

Additional Information

Guests under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 or above.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time; late arrivals may be considered a “no-show.”

The maximum number of participants per pod is 8.

Aquaventure Waterpark closes at 5:30pm — plan your visit accordingly to make the most of your day.
