Had trepidation after some poor reviews. Was pleasantly surprised. Food is not massively overpriced for theme park prices. Staff are ok.My advice would be to bring some grip socks or wear flip flops around the park - then put the flip flops over your hands when riding. Lockers are expensive so don't bother. Sunbeds also a rip off but if you get there early there are lots of picnic benches and tables and chairs around you can use in the shade for free.Rides were good, waits weren't too bad. Cyclone was over 90 mins so we didn't bother with that.All in all, a strong visit!

Fair warnings first, this park gets very busy with cyclone queue time being around 2 hours. The 4 person raft also has to be carried between you to the top due to the lift being partly dismantled. And it is a mandatory 4 person ride with a combined minimum weight of 200kg. So if you are not in a family of 4, you will have to find strangers to ride with but its definitely worth the wait. The vertigo slides are great, however they do hurt like hell, that explains why the queue for these were always short but i definitely wouldnt recommend doing them 3 times like we did, 3 days later and my bum cheeks are still hurting. Another thing worth noting is that its a salt water park, not great for your eyes, our 3 year old spent a bit of time crying because it was stinging her eyes. The food and drink is a little pricey but not too ridiculous. 4 large cokes was €18. That being said we recently visited this park with a family of 4, 2 kids aged 11 and 3 and they both loved the park. If budget is tight, there is plenty of places to have your own picnic and there is plenty of slides to keep you entertained all day. The lagoon area is fantastic with jacuzzi's, zip lines and high jump platforms. If your thinking of a day here and not sure whether to choose this or aqua natura, I would definitely choose this park, you wont be disappointed.

The water park liked, many areas for relaxation, you don't have to take tramps for 8 euros, you can sit both in the picnic area and just on the sheets among the palm trees in the shade, as a large proportion of people do. Plushies that had to be paid for weren't charged, and everyone had enough slides without them to have plenty of fun. Yeah, they paid for the box, and for a big crowd, that was a pretty normal amount. Been in the water park from morning to evening and never had time to go everywhere, the area for children is chic, it is none, and you can choose for different ages. You can come with your own food and water, and nobody checks, it's allowed. There is also a huge parking lot free for cars. The staff are perfectly normal, attentive, making sure everything is safe.We initially thought about going or not, as we read the reviews, glad we decided here our conclusion about the water park, and we went ourselves, we recommend everyone

A really good place with safety at the top. The place is huge - the size of a “summerland” or Tivoli. It is located on the side of a mountain, which makes the nature around you immensely beautiful and idyllic. You can move freely between the various pools and many skates.There are masses of visible lifeguards which makes it extra safe and it feels like it is under control. The lifeguards might seem a little strict but it was clear that it was for safety reasons.It's a bit expensive, but worth the money.We had a great day and will be happy to come back.

I've been here 3 times with my daughter. Great water park, especially in the morning not too crowded. No long lines for food and drinks. The band for lazy river we have not rented, fine without. You can bring your own cooler with food and drinks. Plenty of slides for young and old!

What to bring

Carry a valid ID with the name matching your booking.

Bring swimwear and a towel, along with sunscreen and a hat to protect yourself from the harsh sun.

What's not allowed

While you can bring food and drinks to the park, the use of glass containers and cans is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed at the park, except for registered service animals.

Children under 1.2m are not allowed on most rides due to minimum requirements. Make sure to check for any relevant signage and follow instructions from the lifeguards.

Water shoes are not allowed on the slides, along with swimwear made of materials other than Lycra.

Running is not allowed inside the park.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, this venue is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, or those with a cast.

Additional information

Children under 4 years enter the park for free.

Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you find yourself lost, you can ask for help at the Information Office at the park's entrance, or reach out to any of the staff - they're around to help.

You need to know how to swim to enter most of the rides.

The park has a first-aid station located near the Snack Bar's dining area, with a doctor and a nurse on-call at all times.

Rides close 30 minutes before park closing.
