At the XtraCold Icebar, we stepped into a frozen world where the drinks were cold and the excitement was on fire! It was a unique, unforgettable experience that turned an ordinary evening into an extraordinary memory. The Heineken Experience was the perfect follow-up, combining interactive attractions, fascinating history, great vibes, and, of course, a refreshing beer! Together, these two attractions gave us the best of both worlds: chilling in ice and celebrating beer culture. One freezes your memories in ice; the other gives you a reason to raise a glass! An absolute must-do in Amsterdam!

Es un museo maravilloso, gran colección de pinturas. Muy interesante, todo muy limpio, excelente. Hace falta una sala con exposiciones temporales de pintores latinoamericanos como Benito Ramos Catalan, Pacheco Altamirano, Rafael Cauduro, Iván Olivares Alcalde, Yuki Yamamoto Cortes, Carolina Testart Aguirre, etc etc.... Algunos de estos pintores están vivos.

Das Reichsmuseum war auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die MuseumsApp ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Grachtenfahrt fanden wir nicht so erbaulich. Durch das Kombiticket war es insgesamt etwas günstiger. 17,50 € wäre es uns als Normalpreis nicht wert. Es gab einen Guide per Band in 10 Sprachen und nach Bedarf wurden Ohrhörer verteilt.

I planned my itinerary in advance whilst in the UK so Headout was a very useful app to have. I was able to load the tickets into my Apple wallet and had no problem entering the museum earlier than the ticket time. I got reminders of all the activities I booked and was offered discounts along the way. Very helpful.

Well organised and easy to book on line. The layout of the museum was a bit confusing but we got there in the end. You need st least 6 hours to take in the history of what you are seeing. The cafe was lovely at the end of our day. Would highly recommend this museum and give it the rating it deserves of 5 stars.

El museo vale totalmente la pena! Una experiencia maravillosa para los amantes del arte, desde la entrada todo fie muy fácil, excelente señalización y con el mapa te puedes ayudar mucho para saber exactamente a que sala ir si no cuentas con mucho tiempo. Reservar las entradas por Headout fue facilísimo!

Heineken Experience + Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Your Heineken Experience ticket has a fixed timeslot chosen during booking. You must enter the museum exactly at this specific time. Your voucher needs to be scanned at the Heineken Experience entrance first. Your canal cruise ticket is an open ticket, meaning no timeslot is pre-allocated. You must redeem your open ticket inside one of the Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company ticket offices to be assigned a timeslot for the cruise. Once redeemed, you can board the next available boat at either of the two docks listed below:

Dock 1: Opposite Hard Rock Cafe (Stadhouderskade 501). Take tram 1, 2, 5, 11, or 12 and stop at Leidseplein. The dock is a 2-min walk from there.

Dock 2: Opposite Heineken Experience (Stadhouderskade 550). Take tram 2, 5, or 12 and stop at Rijksmuseum (5-min walk) or take Metro 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht (2-min walk).

Heineken Experience

This experience includes alcoholic beverages. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID. Drink responsibly.

For safety reasons, guests under the age of 18 will not be served alcoholic drinks.

Facilities: lockers, cloakroom, and restroom.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather.

If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date.
