Annika was our tour guide and peppered the sailing with interesting facts about the beautiful buildings and canals we travelled. We had two young children with us (8 & 10) and they enjoyed it immensely also. It was relaxed and not at all rushed. Good value

Begin by presenting your digital ticket at the Heineken® Experience entrance at your reserved timeslot. After the brewery circuit, you will head to the canal cruise departure point; most travellers choose to take a short tram ride or stroll between these venues to see the city's central architecture.

Navigate the original 1867 brewery on a self-guided route through historic brewing halls, interactive 4D simulations, and multimedia branding exhibits.

Brewery industrial tour: Walk through the preserved brewhouse to see the massive copper tanks and 19th-century equipment used in the original production process.

Live and audio guidance: Listen to a live brand introduction in English, followed by deeper insights via a multilingual audio guide available in six languages.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Board a luxury electric vessel for a 60-minute guided circuit through the UNESCO-listed canal ring, departing from a central terminal near the historic city centre.

This experience includes alcoholic beverages. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID. Drink responsibly.

For safety reasons, guests under the age of 18 will not be served alcoholic drinks.

Facilities: lockers, cloakroom, and restroom.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 12 pay the same price as adults.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

If the weather is nice, the cruise will take place on an open boat. When it’s rainy or cold, you will sail on a covered boat.

During the summer, the boats are not equipped with a canopy. There are enough umbrellas on board the boat to keep you dry during your cruise. If there is heavy summer rain, the skipper will seek refuge.

If the weather is bad, the cruise will be cancelled. You will be notified in advance so you can rebook or cancel the reservation.

All salon boats are heated. During winter, there are plenty of blankets on board to keep you warm.

Some experiences may include alcoholic beverages. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID. Drink responsibly. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 18.

Large bachelor and birthday groups are not allowed on this trip.

Bringing pets is allowed as long as it doesn’t disrupt other passengers.
