What to bring

• Confirmation and ID: Bring your confirmation or voucher and a photo ID to exchange for your activity.
• Travel documents: Carry your passport and any required travel documents for immigration checks.
• Infant documents: Bring the original birth certificate or passport for infants under 2 years old.

Additional information

• Service hours: Fast-track service is available only for flights arriving or departing between 6:00am and 11:59pm.
• TDA form: For arrival services, complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arrival via https://tdac.immigration.go.th/.
• TDA assistance: For arrival services, if you forget the TDA, your guide will help you complete it on arrival before entering the fast-track area.
• Booking details: Provide your full name and flight details for the selected service when booking this experience.
• Infant policy: Infants aged 14 days to under 2 years travel complimentary when with a paying adult.
• Age definition: Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years and 1 day on the date of travel.
• Child supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the service.
• Seating for infants: Infants must not sit on laps and infant seats are unavailable for this service.
