Very quick and effective way to get to Paddington Station from London Heathrow. I love that it was direct and we didn't have to wait for multiple stops after an eight hour flight. It is a little tricky to figure out how to get to the train but the Heathrow express people were very nice and accommodating on giving us directions at the airport.

Utterly dependable, Heathrow Express is there for a comfortable, easy to navigate option to help the airline traveler. There are so many delays and unforeseen problems when traveling. I always book Heathrow Express at the same time I book my flights from Boston to London. The discount from booking in advance is terrific. This was so easy! There were 6 of us traveling together and I had all the digital tickets. Worked like a charm plus the people were so friendly, getting on the correct train! I've already recommended this to other tourists

Although the walk was long to get to the platform, it was well marked and easy. The express train got me to Paddington fast and easy.
