• Hours of access: Fast-track immigration services for international arrivals and departures at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, as per your selected variant.
• Meet and greet: A dedicated representative meets you at the gate or International Arrival Hall and stays with you through the specified process.
• Arrival fast track (Standard): Escorted to Regular Fast Track Immigration Lane 4, then you continue your journey independently after clearing immigration.
• Arrival fast track (VIP): Escorted from the gate to VIP Fast Track Immigration Lanes 2 or 3, with assistance through arrival immigration formalities.
• Departure fast track (Standard): Staff meet you, guide you through airline check in, and assist until immigration exit stamping via Line 4.
• Departure fast track (VIP): Includes priority immigration via Lines 2 or 3, priority security X-ray screening, check in guidance, and support until exit stamping.

Timings

Departure Fast Track service is not available for flights scheduled between 02:00 AM and 05:00 AM. Service is available only for international flights.

Rules & restrictions

• Service is unavailable for Vietnamese passport holders.
• Fast-track service applies only to foreign passport holders.
• Chinese passport holders cannot use priority departure processing.
• Only international flights are eligible for this service.
