Very pleasant and helpful staff managing the busy lounge and ensuring a good experience. The food and drinks on offer were a good range and well presented. I thought it was good value. A long way from my departure gate but that can't really be helped.

Faced with a 5-hour delay at Heathrow, we booked online and then checked into the lounge. We did notice that it was quite busy and that a lot of people who had walked in didn't even have a seat. I do feel that, although we had an allocated seat because we had pre-booked, there were a lot of disgruntled people in the lounge. Some were standing and eating. I feel like you'd taken advantage of a lot of delays that day by packing out the lounge, and that's not the purpose of the lounge. It should be a bit quieter, more tranquil, and more spacious. While I had a very comfy wait and, thankfully, it wasn't a whole 5-hour delay in the end, I think it was rather overcrowded. And one toilet cubicle was rather dirty during two visits that I made over a couple of hours, so the toilets hadn't been checked.

We were happy with the service, quality and variety of complementary food and drinks and the overall ambiance. The tables and seating arrangements were a bit crowded and the toilets a bit small (aircraft size). Are the number limited to prebooked visitors or are walk ins allowed - presumably resevered accommodation is for prebookings. A designatied area for luggage should be provided as, with the increase in carrry on luggage, this causes some inconvenience when stored next to chairs and tables.

Im glad to have had a place to go during my layover. I booked several days in advance and was able to get into reserv ed area. I was there for 5 hours and watched the gentleman monitoring the area. People wold walk in and he'd walk up and gently tell them the area is as reserved. I booked for a peaceful place to sit but it wasn't peaceful at all. Totally overbooked.

Excellent and attentive staff. Lounge was very crowded. We had reservations and were able to be seated after a short wait. Bar service was fast. Food replenishment was ok, food selection was ok and satisfied our need for a meal during a layover.
