This was honestly such a beautiful and memorable experience, especially because I went with my friend and got to enjoy it together. ❤️ We actually booked the tickets quite last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything turned out to be so smooth and well organised. From the moment we arrived, the entry process was easy and straightforward. The security checks were also handled really well, and although they were thorough, everything moved smoothly without feeling stressful or unnecessarily long. One of the highlights for me was the incredible view of London from above. The ride was a little slow, but I actually loved that because it gave us plenty of time to properly take everything in. You could slowly look around and enjoy almost a 360° view of London rather than everything passing by too quickly. Seeing the city from that height was genuinely breathtaking, especially spotting the iconic Big Ben and the London skyline. We also got our pictures taken, which made the experience even more special. It was lovely having proper photos to remember the day, especially because I was there with my friend. We spent the time taking pictures, looking at the views, laughing and just enjoying the moment together. Even though we booked at the last minute, the whole experience felt organised from beginning to end. There was no confusion and we never felt rushed. Everything was easy, and we could simply enjoy being there. For me, it wasn’t just about seeing London from above — it was about sharing that moment with my friend and making a memory that I’ll genuinely remember. If you’re visiting London, I would definitely recommend doing this, especially around Big Ben. The views, the atmosphere, the photos and the experience of seeing London from a completely different perspective make it absolutely worth it. 🇬🇧❤️

This was our 10 year old daughter's favorite activity out of our 5 days in London. It was nice to see the sites and decide which were worth coming to spend significant time at and the food and beverages felt like a special touch and not just a standard bus ride. Well worth it and definitely recommend.

Amazing day ever had. The staff were welcoming and lovely, and the staff members were helpful; they are a good team. I want to come back again. It was my favourite day because it is my birthday on 27/08. Really, it made my day I enjoyed it so much ❤️🥰

Head out make for me easy and time saving. I visit London eye with 7 members family and we are two adults and five children. We book our tickets head out and it's cheaper and when we reached on time we directly go to gate and timely enjoyed our ride. Thanks

We had a great experience on the London Eye despite it being busy with quite long queues. The staff were friendly and polite with the views across the city absolutely amazing!! Would definitely recommend and likely to return again.

Una experiencia que hay que vivir 🎡❤️ Mi experiencia en el London Eye ha sido sencillamente fantástica. Subir a esta enorme noria ha sido uno de esos momentos del viaje a Londres que se quedan en la memoria. Las vistas son increíbles y poder contemplar la ciudad desde las alturas es realmente emocionante. Una de las cosas que más me sorprendió fue lo despacito que gira. Yo pensaba que el recorrido sería más rápido, pero todo lo contrario: avanza con muchísima suavidad, dándote tiempo para disfrutar tranquilamente del paisaje, hacer fotografías, grabar vídeos y localizar algunos de los lugares más emblemáticos de Londres. La sensación de estar ahí arriba, viendo el Támesis, el Big Ben y toda la ciudad extendiéndose ante tus ojos, es espectacular. Puedes comprar las entradas por Internet o directamente allí. Si vas a Londres, no dejes pasar esta experiencia. Es una de esas cosas que puedes hacer una vez y pensar: «¡Qué bien que lo hice!». Sin duda, repetiría. 🎡🇬🇧✨

Seeing London from the London Eye was unforgettable, but sharing the experience with my mother made it truly magical. From the smooth entry to the breathtaking views over the Thames, Big Ben and the city skyline, everything felt special. Watching her face light up as our capsule rose above London is a memory I will always treasure. More than an attraction, it was a beautiful moment between mother and son, perfectly organised, surprisingly peaceful and absolutely worth it!

Our visit was fantastic! We were deciding what we wanted to include in our little 4 day visit as there was so much to see with little time. The London eye gave us the opportunity to see the city with such amazing views and reasonable wait times. When we first entered the que, we thought we would be there all night waiting on line, but the line moved quickly, even without the fast pass! Great experience!

As a disabled travel I was treated exceptionally well by the staff. I did however find it a little too full with uncontrollable children pushing and shoving me. The ride itself was exceptional, clean and roomy. A great experience. My granddaughter really enjoyed it. It was a stunning treat. Good value for money. Sip a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink as you ride, with tea or coffee available alongside, and keep a souvenir mug to remember the experience.
