I loved everything! This tour was so interesting and informative. I particularly enjoyed visiting all of the different areas and felt that I learnt so much. Our tour guide, Jim, was really lovely, friendly and knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed his job. I particularly enjoyed walking out through the tunnel onto the pitch with the simulated sound of the crowd playing - I actually found that both nerve racking and moving at the same time. I actually had no expectations for this tour as I bought it for my nephew who was visiting from England and is mad about cricke, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot. Thank you ☺️

Whilst I am neither a football or cricket fan I found this tour really interesting. We had the good fortune of being"guided" by John Halbert AM MBE who really brought the stadium to life being one of South Australia football royalty. The tour lasted for 2 hours and really was interesting learning about the history and some of the stories surrounding the players and the times. The statues were excellent and there was plenty to see on the way round.\I would certianly recommend the tour whether you like football or cricket as the history of the ground is so informative.

Brenton was an excellent, engaging guide. He bought the stadium to life with history, stories and his personal experiences so thoughtfully presented and he willingly answered all questions. The highlight for us was being able to go inside the original scoreboard, still used today, and step back in time. Such an amazing experience. Adelaide Oval has managed to merge the history with upgrades beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We lived the whole tour from start to finish . We got to go to parts of Adelaide oval that we had never been before . We learnt about history from not only a footy perspective but also a cricket one . Our tour guide was Very knowledgeable, she answered all our questions and was also really good at interacting with the people in her group asking questions about everyone and seeing g very interested . Would highly recommend!

Colleen was our guide. She was very enthusiastic to share her knowledge about the history of the Oval, the sportspeople linked to both cricket and AFL, and her personal links to the ground. Balls, cricket or sporting bats longer than 30cm are not allowed.

Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skates and skateboards are not allowed.

Cans, tins, metal containers, glass bottles, flag poles and/or extendable flag poles over 1 metre in length are not allowed.

Professional standard still or video cameras, audio recording devices and tripods, and lenses with a total-focal strength of greater than 200mm are not allowed.

Weapons and inflatable items are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue except in the designated areas.

Pets cannot tag along for this experience.
