Pro tips to help you make a pick

KidZania Singapore has been permanently closed since 2020. Do not buy any current listing, resale ticket, or old voucher claiming live entry, because no official bookings are being accepted.

Historically, the base product was a dated standard admission ticket for one session. Combo tickets bundled KidZania with another Sentosa attraction such as Singapore Cable Car, while school visits used separate group packages.

Pre-booked tickets historically helped guests skip the on-site ticket purchase queue and go straight to the turnstiles. They did not skip security checks, wristband issue, or queues for individual role-play activities.

There was no guide or audio guide. Activities were supervised by KidZania staff called Zupervisors, while adults usually waited outside the role-play rooms and observed through glass.

If you visit another KidZania location, arrive at opening and head first to high-demand roles such as pilot or firefighter. Visitor reports from Singapore said those stations drew the longest waits.

Standard admission historically included the role-play activities, an initial KidZos starter, and security wristbands. It did not include food and drinks, photos, souvenirs, or external transport.

Check age and height rules before booking any KidZania-style park. Singapore targeted children roughly 4–14, and some activities had minimum ages, higher age or height limits, and small session capacities.

Plan a half-day, not a quick stop. Singapore visitors typically stayed about 3–5 hours, and most activities lasted about 20–30 minutes, so late arrivals often completed only a small number of roles.

About KidZania Singapore

KidZania Singapore centered on structured job role-play rather than rides or splash zones. Children aged roughly 4–14 worked through scripted activities in places such as a fire station, hospital, bank, and TV studio, guided by trained Zupervisors and paid in KidZos. Parents usually watched from outside the rooms, making independence part of the experience.

The Sentosa site occupied about 7,600 square meters in a multi-level indoor building near Palawan Beach. Streets, vehicles, buildings, and a town square were scaled to children, turning the park into a compact city rather than a ride-based attraction.

KidZos Bank and Debit Card Economy

Children received an initial cheque in KidZos at check-in and could deposit it at the in-park bank. They earned or spent the currency through activities, then accessed their balance with a KidZania debit card, turning play into simple lessons in saving and spending.

Aviation Academy with Mock Cockpit Training

The aviation area was one of the park’s most recognizable features, marked by a full-size airplane fuselage façade. Kids trained as pilots or cabin crew in mock cockpit and cabin simulators, wearing uniforms and following checklists and announcements.

Fire Station Mission with Mini Fire Truck

At the Fire Station, children suited up, boarded a small fire truck, and used hoses to extinguish a staged fire. Visitor reports regularly singled it out as a popular role-play, and families often tried to do it early because queues built quickly.

Child-Led Activities Supervised by Zupervisors

Most activities lasted about 20–30 minutes and were run by trained Zupervisors rather than parents. Adults generally watched from outside the rooms through glass or from nearby seating, while matching wristbands linked children with accompanying adults at exit.

Main Entrance (KidZania Singapore)

Located at the ground-floor entrance of KidZania Singapore, 31 Beach View, Palawan Kidz City, #01-01/02, Singapore 098008, this was the only public entrance. It faced the Palawan area and sat under or near the building's airplane facade, making it easy to identify. All visitors used this entrance, where tickets were scanned at the turnstiles; some third-party vouchers historically required counter validation before entry. Security and bag checks could apply here, and children and accompanying adults were issued matching wristbands for exit control. The approach was flat, and internal lifts served upper levels. Historically, weekday mornings had shorter lines, while weekends and holidays were busier.

Cloud forest is absolutely amazing The experience is similar to Amazon forest is surreal The dummy dinosaur inside cloud forest is highlight. We just visited Oceanarium SG and it blew us away. The tanks are massive and the marine life is so close you feel like you’re underwater with them. The manta ray and shark tunnel was the highlight for my kids — they didn’t want to leave. Very clean, well-organized, and the staff were really helpful. Worth every dollar if you love the ocean. Will come back!
