The app i so user friendly, details of the app for the sightseeing tours were so clearly indicated and processed within seconds. The comfort and ease provided to cancel a booking until a day prior is so convenient in case plans change. I love the head out service and options. Great job team Headout

The gondola ride to the top of Innsbruck was fantastic ! Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of doing that. The zoo itself was not overly big. Would be a nice day out for a family, but was not a highlight for us. I have seen that the best time to see any animals is early morning, and we went middle of day, so if wanting to see animals would try then.

This is one of the most no hassle experience we have had in Innsbruck. From the beginning to the end there were multiple places where we had to swipe these tickets including alpine zoo. This is the kind of no stress experience and swipe we need when we buy such tickets upfront from different countries. It not only reduces unnecessary anxiety in a new country, but also gives us the much needed enhanced customer experience and gratitude. Thankyou for being our solid partner.

We had a 1/2 day planned to visit Innsbruck. We have a 7 yr old. We purchased this on the drive and so glad we did! We went to the Top of Innsbruck and then the Alpeenzoo. We extended our day bc of these experiences. Wonderful experience!

Normalerweise hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, allerdings klappte bei uns der QR-Code nicht! Wir wollten direkt vom Alpenzoo starten um erst mal zum Top of Innsbruck zu kommen. Weder an der Hungerburgbahn, noch nach einem Gang zur Zoolasse war unser QR-Code gültig. Nachdem uns niemand helfen konnte sind wir mit dem Auto zum Parkhaus Hofburg/Stadttheater gefahren, um an der Kasse der Talstation(wo nicht je ein Fahrkartenautomat ist) dies zu reklamieren. Dies hat uns erst einmal Parkgebühren am Zoo gekostet und viel Zeit!!!! Und vorher noch einen Anruf bei Headhunter, wo erst eine KI vorgeschaltet war und dann auf Englisch weitergeholfen wurde. Dort konnte uns aber geholfen werden, da alle Online Tickets, welche am Vortag gekauft wurden, nicht funktionieren. Wir bekamen physische Tickets ausgestellt... Von jetzt an war alles Top!!!!! Woran der Fehler lag und an wem genau lässt sich nicht eroieren, ist aber im Nachhinein nebensächlich, denn wenn alles klappt sind die Tickets ihr Geld wert!!!! Deshalb leider nur 4 von 5 Sternen!!!!

It is a lovely zoo - very hilly as you would expect on the side of a mountain, but the animal enclosures are spaced about and you are able to go inside a lot of the bird enclosures.

    • Élvezze az innsbrucki alpesi állatkertet és a hegyi feljutást egyetlen jeggyel, amely Európa legmagasabban fekvő állatkertjét és a csúcsra vezető festői siklóutat ötvözi.

    • Foglaljon időpontot online, majd a pénztárakat kihagyva olvassa be kinyomtatott vagy mobilutalványát a Hungerburg sikló forgókapujánál, hogy megkezdhesse az utazást.

    • Utazzon a Hungerburg siklóval oda-vissza Innsbruck fölé, majd használja a belépőjét az Alpin Állatkertbe, és fedezze fel az alpesi régió élővilágát.

    • Töltsön ráérős időt az Alpin Állatkertben, fedezze fel az alpesi fajok természetes élőhelyeit, és ismerje meg a helyszíni természetvédelmi és tenyésztési erőfeszítéseket.

    • Belépés az Alpesi Állatkertbe

    • Oda-vissza út a Hungerburg siklóval
