What to bring

• Dress appropriately for early morning outdoor conditions; layered clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at check-in.

• It is advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection after sunrise.

• Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for check-in.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the balloon or at the launch site.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited before and during the flight.

• Smoking is not allowed at the launch site, during the flight, or at the landing site.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals with prior arrangement.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Passengers must be able to climb in and out of the balloon basket unassisted.

• Passengers over 130kg should contact the office for personalised booking support prior to booking.

Additional information

• The experience begins early, around 4:30am or earlier; the exact meeting time will be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp the evening before your flight.

• Meeting point is in Northam unless shuttle transport from Perth is booked (available as an extra).

• Launch site and timing are dependent on wind and seasonal conditions; flight duration is approximately 1 hour, with a total experience time of about 4 hours.

• Hands-on participation in balloon setup and pack away is optional.

• A delicious breakfast is included after your flight.

• For safety reasons, pregnant guests and those with recent surgeries or severe mobility issues are advised not to participate.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the boarding point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
