the tour was well rounded. the driver's were amazing! the comentator on board was excellent. I wish that the 24 hour period was longer as the service ended at 4pm. The price is high and the timeframe was low.

Enjoyed the audio (it did stop on our 2nd time around and we missed a bunch). No one checked tickets at the Space Needle stop. At one point our first time on, everyone had to get off and get paper tickets. Seemed poorly run.

I was glad to get the tour without having earphones to plug in. Some Hop On tours around the world are like that. The drivers were kind. The buses were clean. Beautiful city.

Good narrative on the tour guide guide recording. It would be nice if it was open later seven or 8 o'clock sure would be great to be able to go out and have dinner and get back to the hotel.

Our driver was rude from the moment we got on. Not mean and maybe unintentional but he seemed to be annoyed with any question. When I got on I showed him my phone tickets. He looked at it said "Those aren't tickets". I said it tells me to show driver. He said you need to get off and get tickets printed. There was nobody at the stand but he did show up and was very nice. Later during the trip I asked him how we knew exactly when to get off as it didn't seem to be a stop but a red light. He actually said "if you would listen you would know". What? He was calm but seemed arrogant and rude.

The driver was very pleasant. She did a great job. However, there were so few opportunities to Hop on. We missed one bus by moments and there wasn't another opportunity for 50 minutes. It wasted our valuable time. For the cost of the ticket, there should have been another shuttle added to decrease the wait time between shuttles.

There actually wasn't much to see in the area. Not only that but it was a long wait for the next bus to come and the bus stops were not very well marked. It would be better if the app showed where the buses were at all times then we could have walked to another stop to catch it faster.
