Then, go deeper with a 90-minute crew-led tour that brings the ship’s legacy to life through the stories of those who served — and those who preserve it today.
Guided by a passionate crew member, you’ll enjoy a more in-depth, story-rich experience as you explore the ship’s remarkable journey—from her launch in 1943 through WWII, Korea, the Cold War, and her final decommissioning in 1990.
