If I can say anything about this guided tour I will say this: GET GIADA!! I was expecting just a nice simple tour to see some cool artifacts but I was so enthralled by her knowledge and interpersonal skills. I would have loved another tour with her in the other parts of the museum. I felt like we really experienced so much in two hours and she was not only extremely educated on all things Egyptian, but also sensitive about human remains which was very thoughtful. Get this tour!! You will not be disappointed...unless maybe you don't love great experiences.😏 Again, get GIADA!!
First of all, I appreciated how easy it was to get admission tickets to the museum in a relatively short amount of time, something that isn't nearly as straightforward when going directly through the museum. A special shoutout to the guide (the name escapes me), who was incredibly knowledgeable and truly immersed us in the history of the Egyptians, bringing the museum's works to life with an intensity and passion that genuinely thrilled us.
The Egyptian Museum is really interesting; it has a great collection. And the guide was excellent. He was very good at explaining things and made the tour enjoyable.
