Every gazing moment was W🤩W, for me it was like a moonlit night, shining through the dense canopy of tree tops while floating around inside a cave 'with so much history' ❤️ out of respect for the iwi and the glow worms 🐛 no photo's 📱📸 while visiting the cave, however you can take pics exiting the cave, absolutely beautiful tour guide, he explained the history 👌🏽❤️ answered Q and explained the 'dos and don'ts' all said professionally and with love 'Ka pai u Sasha' Totally recommend 👌🏽 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The caves were beautiful, our guide T've was very informative and funny, and we had a great time! Lots of history and fun facts, a very cool experience.

The tour of the film set was fantastic. Everything is really well-maintained and very well organized. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather, and we took some wonderful photos. It's definitely a must-see for fans of "The Lord of the Rings" or "The Hobbit" when visiting New Zealand. Even for those who haven't seen the films, it's absolutely worth seeing because of the unique scenery! Greetings from Bruno

The geyser was great and I was able to get pictures and video. For the best places to sit, you should get there early. We went on the 45 minute walk because I have a knee injury. There are a 60 and 90 minute walk also. It was great but it probably took us longer because of taking pictures and I have to be careful with my knee. I loved all the thermal activity and the craters were interesting. This was my first experience of this sort, and I am very glad we went.

5-hours of exciting adventures from rappelling, zip lining, floating in an inner tube down the underground stream and then walking on the rocks to the exit.

We had such an amazing time! Our guides were amazing and funny and made all of us strangers come together and socialize that not even trained icebreakers would be able to do. I honestly didn’t realize the experience included so much exercise, like swimming and walking through the cave. We even floated down the river without the tubes, meaning I bumped the ground more than once because my floating is subpar at best, but that made it even better. We even ended up climbing up two small waterfalls (which we definitely weren’t expecting!), and it turned into such a fun adventure. We were laughing and giggling the entire time. Everything felt so well put together, and the little touches made it extra special, especially the cookies, tea, hot chocolate, chocolate bars, and hot soup at the end. It was the perfect way to reward and relax after all the excitement. If you’re looking for something adventurous and memorable, this is absolutely worth it. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

I did this tour 36 years ago, and it was once again an amazing experience to crawl through the underground world and enjoy the glow-worm sky.

Had a great time there, the guide was excellent and the driver was really friendly. Very good lunch on site. One small downside: Headout sends you a 5% discount code to encourage you to book, but this discount code doesn't work and once you've booked you receive another discount code for your next purchase. I would have preferred the first discount code to work, as I don't plan on buying anything else.
