    Getting started

    Begin at Tokyo Station and collect your tickets at Tokyo City i 1–3 days before departure.. See the walking route from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Gate to Tokyo City i (JP Tower KITTE) to locate the ticket collection point. Board a non-reserved Shinkansen to Nagoya. From JR Nagoya Station, head to the Meitetsu Bus Center to board the bus to Ghibli Park—refer to the route from JR Nagoya Station to the Meitetsu Bus Center for directions. Carry your passport and voucher for entry.

    Ghibli Park: Located within Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park, Ghibli Park is a dedicated space celebrating the artistry and imagination of Studio Ghibli’s films. This self-guided experience lets you explore at your own pace, making it ideal for short-stay travelers and animation fans.

  • What to bring

    • You must present your original passport and the printed voucher for entry. Digital copies or photocopies will not be accepted.

    What’s not allowed

    • Oversized luggage (exceeding 160 cm in combined height + width + length) cannot be stored in non-reserved Shinkansen seating areas.

    • Only certified service animals are permitted; pets, alcoholic beverages, and prohibited substances are strictly banned.

    • The park offers wheelchair-friendly pathways across most areas, though some slopes and natural terrain may require assistance.

    • Tours require a minimum of 1 participant and may be canceled if this requirement is not met 4 days prior to departure.

    • Operating hours for Ghibli Park are typically 10am–5pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends and holidays (hours are subject to change).

    • Some attractions and interactive exhibits inside Ghibli Park require separate activity fees.

    • Entry to certain zones may be delayed during peak visitation periods.

    • Outdoor facilities may close temporarily during heavy rain or storm conditions.

    • Re-entry is allowed across the park. For standard admissions, Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse allows single entry only.

    • Guests must collect their Shinkansen tickets at Tokyo City i Tourist Information Center (B1, JP Tower KITTE) 1-3 day prior to the tour date. See the walking route from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Gate to Tokyo City i (JP Tower KITTE) before arrival.

    • Guests are only permitted to board non-reserved seats on the Shinkansen included in this package.

    • After arriving at JR Nagoya Station, proceed to the Meitetsu Bus Center (inside the Meitetsu Department Store Men’s Building) and board the bus bound for Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (Ghibli Park). Refer to the route from JR Nagoya Station to the Meitetsu Bus Center for directions.

    • For Premium O-Sanpo Day Pass admissions from July 2026 onwards, re-entry to each area is permitted. Re-entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is available only after 3pm.
