As a building, Hagia Sophia is simply unique. However, the "fast track" note on this ticket was a bit misleading, since it primarily covers visiting the second floor of Hagia Sophia, and there isn't really a line for the ground floor anyway (at least not when we visited the mosque). Still, it's always well worth a visit!

The ability to arrive relatively early, skip the line, and enjoy the basilica without too many tourists. In the future, if there is an option to visit and buy a "skip-the-line" ticket, I will definitely do so.

Since I bought my ticket through Headout, I didn’t have to wait in line in the heat; I headed straight to the entrance and got in with ease. However, I forgot to bring my headphones. That said, there were plenty of guides on hand to help, so I didn’t really miss having the headset. Since I knew that Hagia Sophia is now a mosque where people pray, I’d brought a scarf with me—it came in very handy. I also didn’t wear shorts or sleeveless tops, so I didn’t have to use the cover-ups they provide.

Had an excellent experience . The staff was very helpful. My husband went inside but had to return back outside so he couldn't come back and didn't have a chance to see it but ultimately spoke with the manager and time was so limited and he let the whole family go in again . I can't remember his name but was a awesome person .

Nothing. It was difficult to see anything. The mosque is under renovation, with several interior and exterior sections covered up. What's more, in front of the balustrade from which you could view the mosque from above, there are ropes preventing you from getting close... so you can't lean over to see anything... pretty much a pointless visit.

The ticketing process was good. Hagia-Sophia is undergoing majore repairs - making the experience underwelming. We were no prepared for the audio guide - we did not have headphones with us - don't think that was clear when we booked!
