Our guide, Héctor, was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. We met up at a café where we were offered a drink before the tour. There were five of us in the group. Héctor gave us a detailed account of the social context and the lives of Frida and her family while showing us photos. We had a spectacular afternoon, and we absolutely loved Casa Azul. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at the Frida Museum, we were treated terribly and told there were no tickets available until July 16. I explained to them that we were leaving the next day. They wouldn’t budge at all. Then it occurred to me to look for tickets online, and I found this wonderful site, the app, and the unforgettable experience. Within 30 minutes, we were inside the museum without any trouble. Of course, they checked every last detail of our ticket, but they couldn’t beat Headout!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH 😘

The tour guide, Pato, and the driver, Jesús, were excellent!! Her comments and explanations were clear, and she was very witty!!! She knows a lot of information and conveys it very well.
