This food and wine experience takes you inside one of the area's historic mills, where you can observe up close how olives are transformed into EVO oil through modern techniques that are attentive to quality.
During the visit of the mill you will discover the main processing phases, from harvesting to milling, to bottling, carefully illustrated by our guide. The experience ends in the tasting room with a guided tasting of two oils with different characteristics, accompanied by olive cream and olives in brine, to learn to recognize aromas, flavors and ideal combinations.
