Additional information

• Departure: The cruise departs from Ha Long at 12pm. If you've booked Hanoi transfers, pickup is between 8am and 8:30am, depending on your location.

• Return: Disembarkation is at 10am. With return transfers, you'll reach central Hanoi or Noi Bai Airport around 1:30pm to 2:30pm, depending on traffic and transport.

• Dietary requirements: Inform Bhaya Cruises of any dietary preferences, allergies or restrictions at least one week before departure. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options can be arranged with advance notice.

• Children's meals: Baby food and children's menus are available on request in advance. Infant formula is not provided onboard, so bring your own if needed.

• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available on the terrace deck, but the signal may be interrupted while cruising.

• Itinerary changes: Weather, tides and operating conditions may affect the cruise schedule. Kayaking and swimming activities may be cancelled in rough weather.

• Booking requirements: A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required. The child rate applies only when sharing a cabin with 2 paying adults.
