Universal Helios Grand Hotel Guest Entrance

Exclusively for guests of the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, this private entrance connects directly from the hotel lobby into Epic Universe. It’s just a 5-minute walk and offers step-free, fully accessible access with dedicated security and early park entry for hotel guests.

Stella Nova & Terra Luna Hotel Shuttle Entrance

Guests staying at Stella Nova and Terra Luna hotels can use the dedicated shuttle drop-off entrance, located adjacent to the main parking area. This entrance is fully accessible, with ramps and elevators, and provides a convenient, step-free route into the park for hotel guests and shuttle users.

We loved Universal's Epic Park !!!!! We traveled with my son Paul, who just turned 16, since this was the only park we hadn't visited yet. Harry Potter and the recreation of Paris are a masterpiece—congratulations, Universal !!!!! We loved Viking Island and its characters—1,000 points!! We transformed into Mario and Luigi in seconds to explore that world of childhood fantasy and hit all the bricks to boost our score!!! Finally, we had lunch at the Castle of Death, scared out of our minds and laughing our heads off!!!! Thank you so much, Universal and Headout, for giving us the best day of our lives!!!!!
