It was a great experience. Entry was very smooth because I already purchased tickets from headout, no queue. Wide varieties of animals, birds and seperate reptile fish section. Kids will definitely love and really helps with education , to closely watch animals and learn their characteristics. Many food stalls inside so don't worry about food and water. Overall its a mist visit place. Book your ticket through headout for stress free experience.

The staff were super helpful and guided us on the best time to come. The night zoo was a great experience; especially dinner with the lion and feeding the elephants. The outdoor zoo area was also great, and had a lot of different animals. Though, we didn't enjoy it as much due to the heat and humidity.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the zoo.

Feeding the animals with food other than animal food purchased from the zoo feeding station is not permitted.

Climbing on or crossing over any fences or safety barriers is not allowed.

Teasing the animals, throwing rocks, trash, or any items into the animal enclosures is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority so Zoo Zip and Big Climb are restricted for guests under the height of 1.4m (4.59ft), and Junior Climb is for guests between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.
