Great app, easy to use and find / book everything you need. Good package prices. Sunway lagoon itself was excellent, the wave pool was the best!! Pool party at 4:30 really ended the day fantastically. Good water slides and variety, unfortunately roller coaster was down and only a couple of dry rides open but it was hot anyway and the water rides where the place to be! The animal area was also amazing, we fed a sun bear, so cool!

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Vijay who was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us food recommendations, told us what route to follow, which activities to do first, joked around with us. Overall giving amazing customer service. Me and my two friends really enjoyed the water park and the rides. It did rain for an hour or two but as we were already wet, it was fine. I highly recommend this place for all ages, great service and great facilities. 5 stars 🤩:)

Our day at Sunway was marvelous. We enjoyed the water park, night park, x park and safari. Although we missed scream park and other rides but the experience was great.

start from the entrance, it was so smooth because we using headout as our platform to get ticket online. it was super easy. the rest of the day was fun.

It nice place to enjoy especially with children but I think need to review the Cost of ticket which is expensive.
