Ωστόσο, αφού αγοράσαμε τα εισιτήρια ηλεκτρονικά, το email επιβεβαίωσης ανέφερε ότι θα λαμβάναμε τα εισιτήρια μέσω email εντός 2 ΩΡΩΝ! Τι θα μπορούσε να πάρει τόσο πολύ χρόνο;! Ήμασταν σχεδόν στην αρχή της ουράς των εκδοτηρίων μέχρι να φτάσουν τα εισιτήρια στα εισερχόμενά μου, περίπου 45 λεπτά μετά την αγορά τους. Η ίδια η επίσκεψη στο κάστρο ήταν καταπληκτική και ο καιρός ήταν υπέροχος σύμμαχος.

Estive com minha mãe, no final do mês de outubro. O lugar é lindo, especial, nos rendeu fotos lindas, com a vista de Lisboa ao fundo. Atenção: para cadeira de rodas, não é aconselhável, praticamente impossível transitar.

This was the first time I have used Headout, everything was made so easy . We ordered ticket to the castle which we received within 15 min. So much easier than trying to buy the tickets online through the direct websites . They bulk at taking your payments if hour not from the EU. Definitely recommend using this company!

Had a great time and enjoyed the castle. Was easy to order. If I had a criticism it took about an hour for the tickets to come through from the time we ordered them, our group felt that was a bit long for an online order. Usually tickets are immediately sent when ordered on line. Otherwise was a good experience.

Quick and easy service! Instructions easy to follow and using the app also very easy. Lots of choice for sights to visit in the area and saved standing in a very large queue! We ordered our tickets and went for a drink while waiting for them to come through.

The purchase was smooth and fast but beware that after purchase you might need to wait 2 hours before you get ticket. In my case i got them within 15 minutes. But the automatic email says it might be delivered in 2h.

The peacocks around the castle were really cool to see. There is considerable walking, as expected, within the castle with amazing views of the city.
