The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The architecture was beautiful, and the tour was both incredibly informative and stunning. A fantastic experience and a must when visiting Bucharest.

The parliament was nice. Unfortunately AnnaMaria our guide was not pleasant. She just did her job. She wasn't friendly or approachable if someone had or wanted to ask questions. It made for an unpleasant experience.

Good facilities, relaxing place when quieter later in the day, although could benefit from better customer service on arrival explaining the self service locker / cabin use.

Ξεκινώντας από τη Βουδαπέστη, το ταξίδι ήταν άνετο και από την πρώτη στιγμή ο ξεναγός μας, ο Mario, αποδείχθηκε επαγγελματίας και προσιτός. Τα κάστρα είναι πανέμορφα και πιθανότατα επιλέξαμε την καλύτερη εποχή, στις αρχές Νοεμβρίου, καθώς η ατμόσφαιρα, τα φθινοπωρινά δέντρα και η ομίχλη δημιούργησαν ένα υπέροχο σκηνικό.

I greatly enjoyed what we di. The guide was fabulous. However we only saw two of the four rooms listed on the tour. I understand this is necessary at times, but surely you could have alternatives. There must be more than 4 rooms worth visiting!!
